Microdosing involves taking small, doses of plant medicine on a flexible protocol. People often turn to microdosing for help with anxiety, depression, burnout, or to deepen self-awareness and connection.
I offer consultations that include readiness assessments, personalized protocol planning, and—where permitted by state and local law—support around cultivation and preparation for personal use. We can also explore how to track effects over time and stay attuned to your inner life through various practices.
Always speak with a licensed healthcare professional before beginning any microdosing protocol.
New to microdosing or refining your approach? I offer one-time and ongoing guidance, protocol planning, and monthly support.
I offer hands-on instruction in Colorado, right in your home (or home away from home). In these 3 to 4 hour classes, you’ll learn everything you need to prepare, grow, and harvest your own entheogenic medicine in alignment with Colorado’s Natural Medicine Health Act.
Learn how to:
By the end of the course, you’ll have a cleanly inoculated grow bag—and the confidence to cultivate on your own (where sanctioned by state and local law).
With hands-on experience, I offer in-person guidance—at your home or home away from home—to help you grow your own entheogenic mushrooms safely, ethically, and legally.
Before a plant medicine journey, setting a clear intention helps anchor the experience. Over 2–3 one-hour sessions, we’ll explore your inner life using a process rooted in somatic awareness and compassionate self-inquiry.
Each session offers:
Together, we’ll craft a journey intention centered on what you most want to understand, transform, or invite into your life.
Psychedelic journeys are shaped by mindset and environment. A clear, grounded intention can help focus your journey experience and reduce the likelihood of turbulence.
Over 2–3 sessions, we’ll explore the terrain of your inner life through a somatic and inquiry-based process. For new journeyers, these sessions offer:
When we enter altered states, we don’t travel alone—a whole inner system comes with us. Sometimes, parts of us that are anxious, protective, or wounded by the past can shape the experience in ways we didn’t expect making even a well-intentioned journey confusing or overwhelming.
In these 2–3 preparatory sessions, we’ll gently explore your internal landscape. Using Internal Family Systems informed approaches, we’ll get to know the voices and feelings that might show up during your experience and learn to interact with them so you'll be more grounded during your journey.
Before your journey, take time to connect with the inner parts of you that might show up during the experience. These 2–3 prep sessions use simple tools to help you understand your emotional landscape—and support a more grounded, insightful journey.

I’m not a therapist or guide. I don’t ‘facilitate’ anything. No one does.
You're the guide, you're the healer. You can trust yourself.
